BTW I did not go with an organization.I stayed at my uncle's,who lives there with his family!

Well, seems like this English thread idea was really well accepted!
I don't know if any English-native showed up, but at least you've got a South American here!!
In case you don't know - yet - I'm from Brasil and I met a german girl who was here on exchange for a year, she showed me JULI and now... it's my favorite band!! ^^

Hope I can talk to everyone more often, an I hope I could do it in german!

Yes! It is really fun to write in english! I haven't done for so long that I have to think twice before I write something! Is good to get some fluency back!
I'm working on my german but it is a little... Elementary level yet.. hehehe!
A friend of mine came on exchange to Brasil, she's from there, Germany. She taught me somethings, but now that she's gone back I basicly listen to JULI =P and use a little help from my dictionary ^^ Hope I can improve it speaking with you!

where in brazil are u from? what's that german girl name? my really good friend claudia went to brazil as a foreign exchange and she absolutely loved it there. i wish i could go with her to brazil when she goes to visit next year....
